1998-2004 Toyota Tacoma - ACLB/DCSB (5FT & 6ft bed options)
For 1998–2004 Toyota Tacomas across North America — including Canadian models — we offer a 66″ wide aluminum flatbed solution. These trays are built to match factory body width, keeping the truck streamlined, rugged, and trail-ready.
Each flatbed is engineered with our standard custom aluminum extrusion for the deck floor, and shipped with LED lighting, marker lights, reflectors, and license plate lights — all powered by a plug-and-play adaptor harness. Designed to be built to last, these trays include fenders to clear 33″ tires and vehicle-specific mounting brackets.
You can choose to add the following accessories either during your order or later:

Larger Fender Options
Utilizing the same components as our standard flatbeds, you have the option for tool boxes, drawer, water tank, side gates, headboard and larger fenders. As always, these accessories can be added at any point.
We use our standard custom extrusion for deck floor itself, and each tray is shipped with our standard LED lights, marker lights, and reflectors.
Model specific mounting brackets, along with hardware, fenders to clear 33″ tires, and a plug and play harness for the LED lights and license plates is included in all of our tray options.
When making an inquiry or quote request, be sure to let us know which body style and year the truck is to ensure we supply appropriate mounting brackets and adaptor harnesses!

2005-2022 Toyota Tacoma - ACLB/DCSB (5FT & 6ft bed options)
2005+ Toyota Tacomas throughout North America, including those in Canada, can be equipped with a variety of our mid-size aluminum flatbed and ute tray configurations. Choose from standard 72″ wide or camper-ready 76″ camper-ready option – both built to last and adaptable to your build.
The standard 72″ wide model comes in 3 length options;
- 5ft (1530mm) – For those wanting extreme departure angles
- 6ft (1830mm) – Maximize your short box (DCSB) pickup trucks capability
- 7ft (2135mm) – Ideal for half canopy and flatbed utilization
The 76″ wide model is ideal for those wanting to utilize a camper, such as Bison Overland Camper, Four Wheel Camper, or Hower Built Camper. The 76″ wide model comes in 6ft (72″) and 7ft (84″) length options, offering extra clearance and compatibility.

Every flatbed/tray is sold with LED lighting, marker lights, reflectors, license plate lights and an adaptor harness to factory harness for true plug and play connection. Additionally, both 72″ and 76″ wide options come with appropriate mounting brackets, full length exterior tie down rail and fenders to clear 33″ tires. From there you can add the following accessories at the time of order, or at any point in the future;
- Rear Tool Boxes – 32″, 26″ or 20″ long models (sold in pairs only)
- Front Tool Boxes – 17″ or 11″ long models (sold in pairs only)
- Headboard
- Side Gate Kit
- Rear Drawer, 48″ long with a 200lb capacity at full extension
- 12.5 Gallon (47L) Water Tank
- Upgradeable fender size – 35″, 37″ & 40″ tires
