Not at all! The best feature about our product, lets you piece together the system exactly how you see fit. Unlike other brands, our product design allows you to configure the accessories over time. Just get the base deck, and simply add from there. The water tank, drawer, tool boxes, side gates, even the headboard, can all be purchased at a later date and easily installed. 

We aim to stay within a 3-4 month turn around time on flatbed/tray orders, with an additional shipping time of 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. Local pick-up will be available shortly. 

As long as you have another able bodied human to help you, or piece of equipment to help remove your factory bed, the step by step instructions make for a fairly simple install. Your electrical will be all plug and play, and features such as your factory bed power outlet can either be mounted on the under side, or inside one of the underbody tool boxes. Your trailer connector and back-up camera are relocated, and if your vehicle has any back-up sensors, or blind spot detection systems, we include relocation brackets for those as well. The parts are included to modify your fuel filler and reconnect it. 

Installation can vary on your vehicles state, being if your vehicle is brand new, or a few years old and if it has been exposed to salt and snow. With a new vehicle, our time estimation is roughly 8-10 hours for trucks with a box size up to 6.5ft. On a vehicle that's going to have issues with removing bolts, can range from 10-15 hours or more. 

We understand there can always be questions to be had during an installation. By all means, give us a call or send us a message and we'll be happy to get back to you as soon as we can to assist you! 

While not mandatory, we recommend it for  mid-size trucks. It is your responsibility to understand your vehicles GVWR. 

In the unfortunate event of an accident or serious trail damage, we are able to supply replacement parts. The great part on the modularity of the under tray options, is that they are easily replaceable.

As we receive requests for paint options quite often, and so we do offer the service. We recommend our customers use their local powder coater, especially when we’re shipping the product. We can easily accommodate smaller items, and we can do complete trays/decks as well.

We offer a 1-year comprehensive warranty, that covers any defects in product or workmanship. With our back ground in highway trucks and off-road heavy equipment, we're confident these products will out last the lifespan of the vehicle.

**Please note, we cannot offer warranty on powder coating**

Our products are manufactured right here in Canada. Domestically sourced materials, welded together by Canadians! 

While we prefer to stay within our "off the shelf" sizing, we understand a custom fit is sometimes necessary. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll accommodate if possible!

Note that, any sizing wider than 80" will have a significant cost increase, not only due to size, but also due to DOT requirements for lighting.

When it comes to making custom sizes, ideally we like to stay under 80" wide. 80" is the magic number set by the DOT for vehicle width's. After 80" there's a significant increase in required marker lights and reflectors. This is why you see dually pick-up trucks, and Ford Raptors with all there additional lighting. We can certainly design and build a flatbed/tray over 80" with additional costs. Current lead times on such larger builds have been pushed into 2023.
